Shipping time

All our orders are processed within 2 business days and you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number once your package left our warehouse.

The shipping time depends on the product ordered. Most items will arrive in about 7-20 business days. If you're still not sure, just contact us. We're happy to help!

  • Transit time to United States: 7 - 20 business days.
    • Average transit time: 10 business days
  • Transit time to International: 10 - 35 business days.
    • Average transit time: 20 business days

If you do not receive your order details
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered a wrong email address. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice if tracking is available.

If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us at and we will fix it for you.

Cancel order

You can cancel your order 48 hours after you placed it. After this time, we process it so you will have to wait to receive it and return it to get your money back. 

Refund policy

We will not refund your money in the following cases:

  • If you purchased your item with a discount
  • If you already used the product
  • If you ask for a refund after 30 days of purchasing an item

Return policy

  • If we shipped you a wrong item you can either ask for a refund and return the item, or for exchanging it with the correct item
  • You can not return an item purchased with a discount 
  • You can return products that arrived broken/damaged, but before that, you have to give us a proof (photo, video)
  • Return postage and handling is buyer's responsibility
  • Depending on the item, we will refund a part of the original shipping cost

Lost packages

Please contact Customer Service at to inform us that you did not receive the package. After we will contact the courier company to make sure the package is lost, we will refund your money or resend the items.
